| 英文描述 | MYCOBACTERIUM AVIUM subsp. PARATUBERCULOSIS causes an infectious chronic granulomatous enteritis in cattle. Diagnosis requires identification of the organism on culture or biopsy. Cattle generally continue to eat even as chronic diarrhea and weight loss persist. Fecal-oral transmission from cows to calves is believed to be the most common method of spread; also transmitted in utero and is shed in milk and colostrum. |
